Above and Beyond
On Friday 4/7/23 Golden Rule was treating my property with fertilizer. I received a frantic call from them that my yard was on fire. It was investigated later we found out that after the fertilizer was applied to my front yard some neighborhood kids came by and lit fireworks sparking a fire in my yard. When the service tech, Ben, noticed the smoke he sprung into action without a thought and put the fire out using my water hose. If it wasn’t for Ben maybe the fire would’ve been worse. This is yet another feather in the cap of Golden Rule. They always go above and beyond with everything they do and live up to their name.

Polite & Punctual
Brandon is always polite and punctual. He’s great to answer my question regarding watering and when it’s safe to let my dog on the grass. It’s nice to get the text ahead of time when he’s coming, and also, the notification from the office.

Happy with Prices, Quality, Service
We've been with Golden Rule for the past year or so for our pest control & have been VERY happy with their prices, their customer service, & their quality work. Several months back we also started having them care for our lawn with weed & pest control as well as fertilizer. They are more than reasonable with their prices & our lawn looks better than it's ever looked! (We've actually received numerous compliments from neighbors.) Brent is a good man & I would highly recommend his company & the work they do to anyone! You can't go wrong with hiring these guys.

Flexible Scheduling, Affordable Pricing
Golden Rule Pest, Termite, and Weed Control is a great company and their employees are even better! I've been a client of theirs for over 2 years now. They have flexible/easy scheduling, affordable pricing, and helped me with my scorpion and brown recluse infestation (Kaden, I can't thank you enough... Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!) They stand by their word and products; they always offer to come back if I'm not satisfied or if I need help with other pest issues in-between my scheduled treatments. Golden Rule also treated my house and my mom's house for termites, better safe than sorry! I plan to keep Golden Rule for as long as I have this house and for any future homes. I highly recommend this company!

Polite & Professional
Brent was pleasant to work with and responsive when I was researching a professional lawn service. Our technician came out today and was very polite, on time and professional. So far, I have enjoyed my experience with Golden Rule. We received our first treatment today so I cannot speak to the quality but I have seen positive results in our neighbors yards who use Golden Rule.

So Professional and Kind
We called multiple pest control company’s and they were the only ones that ever called back. They came out to do the inspection very quickly and everyone that we communicated with was so professional and kind. They were very informative every step of the way and went above and beyond to treat our home and surrounding area.
